Job summary

Banka Intesa Sanpaolo d. d. Dubai is seeking a position to support Relationship Managers in developing and managing client relationships within the Corporate and SWF Desk.

You will handle KYC and onboarding processes, assist in business cases, and review transaction documentation under RM/GRM guidance. The role requires 1–3 years of experience, a relevant degree, and strong English; familiarity with local banking regulations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or postgraduate in Economics, Marketing, Business or Law.
• 1–3 years of experience in the role.
• Good command of English.
• Understanding of documentation and operating processes.
• Familiar with local laws, banking regulations and practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist the RM/GRM in developing and maintaining relationships to provide banking services to Dubai Corporate and SWF Desk clients.
• Supports RM/GRM in KYC and new client onboarding processes.
• Assist RM/GRM in preparation of business cases and reviewing transaction documentation.
• Under RM/GRM instruction, negotiates terms and conditions including pricing, tenor, guarantees and covenants.
• Liaise with Head Office for clients and transactions matters.
• Assist RM/GRM in monitoring the credit quality and report deterioration of risks.
• Assist RM/GRM in budgeting portfolios and achieving economic targets.
• Perform other administrative activities related to customer management.

Overview

You will support the Relationship Managers to develop and manage the relationship with their customer on the territory of competence. You will ensure the execution of all administrative requirements to support the Relationship Manager.

What youll be doing

Key responsabilities will be:

• Assist the relevant RM / GRM in developing and maintaining relationships to provide banking services to the clients of the Corporate and SWF Desk, Dubai Branch
• Supports RM / GRM in KYC and new clients on-boarding processes
• Assist RM/GRM in preparation of business cases and proposals, and reviewing documentation related to transactions
• Under the instruction of relevant RM/GRM, negotiates terms and conditions including pricing, tenor, guarantees and covenants
• Liaise with Head Office for clients and transactions matters
• Assist the RM / GRM in monitoring the quality of each credit and promptly report any material deterioration of the risks
• Assist the RM / GRM in the preparing of budgets of the portfolios and support them in achieving economic target
• Perform other administrative activities related to customer management
