Job summary

Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. in Abu Dhabi is seeking a client relationship support role to assist Relationship Managers. You will help manage client documentation, ensure regulatory compliance and provide high-quality administrative support for proposals and marketing materials.

The successful candidate will liaise with front and back offices, handle customer queries, and contribute to efficient customer management and banking operations in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Economics, Marketing, Business or Law.
• Understanding of documentation and operating processes.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to understand and exploit financial information and databases.
• Familiar with local laws, banking regulations and practices.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between front office (Marketing/Business Development) and back office.
• Be responsible for ensuring that relevant documentation are in order for establishing the relationship and processing the customers transactions.
• Assist Relationship Managers in handling the clients and their requirements.
• Assist Relationship Managers in addressing the customer queries on Banks product and seek solution to their requests.
• Ensure that all related documentations are processed in accordance with the Policy established and implemented by the Bank.
• Ensure the proper management of customers guaranteeing internal compliance to the Banks provisions for the regulatory framework as well as the Banks other operating processes.
• Support Relationship Managers in assessing the management trend and economic performance of the reference customer and activating the necessary corrective actions.
• Handle preliminary activities and draft documents, proposals and marketing material.
