Job summary

One Health in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced healthcare solutions engineer to support development and coordination of integrated medical technology solutions, including equipment planning and tender preparation.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary proposals, manage vendor inputs, and ensure a smooth handover of awarded projects to implementation teams, while maintaining alignment with UAE healthcare standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferably with healthcare project experience).
• Minimum of 5 years in healthcare projects, medical equipment planning or integrated healthcare solutions.
• Knowledge on MEQ Distributors Network, Hospital planning, medical equipment planning, healthcare workflows, tender management, BOQ, project coordination and UAE healthcare standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in preparing account plans, opportunity pipelines, sales budgets and bid strategies.
• Develop integrated medical technology solution concepts, equipment lists, BOQs and preliminary layouts based on client needs.
• Prepare and consolidate technical specifications, compliance matrices, equipment selections, cost inputs and commercial proposals for managerial review and approval.
• Coordinate technical clarifications, vendor quotations, consultant discussions and customer presentations throughout the bid cycle.
• Track proposal milestones, risks, deviations and deliverables, escalating issues to the Manager promptly.
• Compile approved solution documents and coordinate structured handover to project implementation teams.
• Monitor product developments, supplier capabilities and market requirements; recommend practical solution improvements.
