Job summary

Dubai Holding Community Management is seeking an Assistant Manager - Projects to lead mid-sized project lifecycles from initiation to close-out within luxury residential communities in Dubai. You will supervise on-site activities, ensure adherence to drawings, schedules, and HSE standards, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires a engineering or facilities management background, CAPM certification is highly desirable, and 4+ years of hands-on experience in site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Facilities Management
• Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM) desirable
• 4+ years of site supervision, contract management, and small to mid-sized projects
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and specs; able to manage schedules
• Experience with QA/QC inspection tools and procedures
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations in construction/maintenance

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Management: manage full lifecycle of defined mid-sized projects from initiation to close-out
• On-Site Supervision: conduct site inspections, verify contractor adherence to drawings and schedules, ensure compliance with HSE/QA-QC
• Documentation & Handover: capture/update as-built drawings, SOPs, manuals, final inspection reports
• Issue & Risk Logging: maintain a centralized log; escalate delays or scope creep to Senior Manager
