Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks an Assistant Manager / Manager - Sales & Business Development for Lifestyle. You will drive revenue via our Metlux product, targeting perfume industry clients and expanding to new markets.

The role requires strong B2B acumen, excellent communication, and ability to travel for client meetings and industry events. Fluency in English and Arabic (or other languages) is preferred, with 3–5 years in sales and a proven track record of meeting targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales with at least 1 year in B2B sales
• Proven ability to deal with key decision makers using a top-down approach
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and establish trust
• Self-motivated with initiative and drive to succeed
• Experience as Sales Executive/Manager or similar, preferably in perfume or related packaging
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multitasking and leadership skills across departments
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and industry events
• Fluent in English and Arabic or other languages

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue generation for Metlux through B2B sales and expansion in the perfume industry

A highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager will be responsible for generating revenue through our bespoke product – Metlux which currently caters to the perfume industry and will soon be widening its target audience. S/He should have strong understanding for B2B sales, possess excellent communication skills and the experience in perfume industry.
