Job summary

The Assistant Manager - HR Analytics at Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) supports HR analytics reporting and automation for Real Estate HR and the broader business, collaborating with HRBPs, Finance, and department heads to enable data‑driven decisions.

You will build and maintain HR reporting systems, design user‑friendly dashboards, automate processes with Power BI and Power Automate, and contribute to executive reporting and group analytics initiatives to ensure timely insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, MIS, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as an Analytics Specialist in a high‑performing business environment.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Analytics Cloud, combined with strong data analysis and BI tool expertise, such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning, with a focus on HR or workforce datasets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of HR metrics and workforce analytics.
  • Experience in automating processes using tools like Power Automate and AI‑enabled solutions.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and data storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Support MPC planning, budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and periodic review against actuals for both in-house and outsource populations. Maintain data integrity and drive adoption of the SAC system, providing guidance, training, and resolving issues for HRBPs and Finance partners.
  • Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards, scorecards, and self‑service reporting solutions across the employee lifecycle. Promote dashboard adoption among HR and business stakeholders ensuring data accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Automate recurring HR reporting and operational processes using Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Copilot Studio. Implement AI‑enabled agents to enhance efficiency and encourage user adoption of automated solutions.
  • Deliver clear and creative presentations of data findings, assumptions, and suggestions both electronically and in person using advanced presentation techniques.
  • Manage monthly Total Rewards (TR) case cycles and support incentive and compensation analytics validations and process improvements with HRBPs and Group TR.
  • Perform detailed data analysis to address complex business problems, understanding business processes and applying appropriate data analysis techniques to recommend solutions.
  • Act as a trusted analytics partner to HRBPs and business leaders providing timely ad‑hoc analyses, insights, and data‑driven recommendations.

The Assistant Manager - HR Analytics plays a crucial role in supporting the HR analytics reporting and automation agenda to meet the needs of the Real Estate HR function and broader business objectives. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Finance, and Department Heads to enhance manpower cost planning, reporting, and data-driven decision-making processes.
