Job summary

Navjyot International in Dubai is seeking an experienced logistics professional to manage end-to-end operations including import/export documentation and freight management.

The role covers supply planning, inventory control, warehouse operations, vendor coordination, customs compliance, and cost optimization to improve lead times and customer satisfaction.

Office location is Dubai with bachelor accommodation provided, hours 10am-7pm, Monday to Saturday; relocation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics operations, including import/export documentation and freight management.
• Managing end-to-end logistics and trade operations across countries
• Secure freight and DO direct from shipping lines
• Oversee supply planning, inventory control, and warehouse operations to ensure efficient logistics processes.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
• Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to optimize costs, reduce lead times, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to customs clearance, export-import regulations, etc.
• Overseeing documentation, cargo coordination, and shipment execution for agri commodities
