Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor in upscale properties.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and room inspections.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a multicultural team.
• Organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support Executive Housekeeper in daily housekeeping operations.
• Guide team, coordinate with other departments and ensure standards.
• Oversee staffing plans, rosters and leave planning.
• Maintain stock levels for linen, supplies and equipment.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene procedures are followed.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and performance reviews.
• Promote sustainability and report on operational metrics.
• Provide briefings and assume duties in Executive Housekeeper's absence.
