Job summary

Kerzner International’s Ling Ling restaurant in Dubai is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive profitability, and lead a high-performing team. You will train staff, manage schedules, and ensure execution of brand standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a luxury hospitality role, international exposure, and a hands-on management style with a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role in luxury hospitality
• Previous international experience is preferred
• Hands-on management style with a strong customer focus

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding guest service by upholding brand standards and guest-first approach
• Recruit, train, develop and evaluate team members with regular performance reviews
• Manage operating costs, drive profitability and optimize restaurant standards
• Oversee staff scheduling, shift coverage and daily operations
• Maintain health and safety standards and ensure compliance with SOPs
