Job summary

Kerzner International, Atlantis Dubai, Palm Island, is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Ossiano. The role oversees full-service restaurant operations, staff training, hospitality excellence, cost control, and shared P&L responsibilities in a luxury setting.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in a similar fine dining role with direct P&L and proven leadership, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in a fine dining restaurant with direct P&L responsibilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to interface with all management levels.
• Ability to influence through knowledge, relationship management and trust.
• Proven ability to manage conflict, work under pressure and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Drive service excellence and guest satisfaction daily.
• Lead and coach the management team; ensure deadlines and results.
• Oversee upselling and monitor KPIs; provide regular feedback.
• Recruit team in conjunction with HR; select and profile candidates to standards.
• Ensure service standards and brand ambassador values for Atlantis Dubai.
• Develop short-, mid-, and long-term business development and marketing plans.
