Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management from a recognized institution.
• Master's or MBA preferred.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 or accreditation with RICS/CIOB/ICE.
• Experience: 12–18 years in mega project management with at least 5 years in Senior Project Manager/AGM.
• Regional knowledge: Proven track record delivering large-scale developments in Dubai, UAE.
• Technical skills: Primavera P6, MS Project, BIM workflows and FIDIC contract administration.

Role Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber AGM Project Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale high-value real estate and infrastructure developments in Dubai Operating as a key operational and commercial leader you will oversee end-to-end project execution from feasibility and pre-construction design coordination to engineering procurement construction management FIDIC authority approvals and project handover

1. Strategic Project Leadership Delivery
   • Lead multi-disciplinary project teams engineering consultants quantity surveyors and main contractors throughout the full project lifecycle
   • Set strategic targets for project timelines cash flows procurement schedules and delivery milestones
   • Ensure strict compliance with global quality health safety and environmental HSE standards across all construction sites
2. Commercial Financial Governance
   • Direct project cost planning budget allocations expenditure monitoring and cash-flow forecasting
   • Manage tendering processes contractor selection valuation reviews and contract negotiations
   • Administer FIDIC-based contracts managing variations scope changes claims and dispute resolutions
3. Statutory Approvals
   • Stakeholder Management Interface with Dubai authorities e g Dubai Municipality DEWA Civil Defense RTA Trakhees DDA to secure necessary Permits NOCs and completion certificates
   • Coordinate executive reporting to corporate boards international directors and institutional stakeholders

Qualifications

• Education Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Structural Engineering Architecture or Construction Management from a recognized institution
• Master s or MBA preferred RFS HR Consultancy 1
• Certifications PMP Project Management Professional PRINCE2 or accreditation with RICS CIOB ICE
• Experience 12 to 18 years of progressive experience in mega project management with a minimum of 5 years in a Senior Project Manager or AGM capacity
• Regional Knowledge Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale developments in Dubai UAE
• Technical Skills High proficiency in Primavera P6 MS Project BIM workflows and FIDIC contract administration
