Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to lead the Wynn Oasis maintenance team in the UAE resort project. You will supervise technicians, optimize CMMS workflows, and ensure compliance with safety and building codes.

Your responsibilities include scheduling, training, cross‑department liaison, and coordinating with contractors to uphold high standards of hospitality facilities across all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in building maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of civil finishes, basic MEP systems, and maintenance best practices.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and layout plans.
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms (Maximo) and digital reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise building technicians in civil, structural, MEP maintenance.
• Inspect building infrastructure including plumbing, doors, windows, lighting, and HVAC support components.
• Develop and manage PPM schedules for assets and systems.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, service reports, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure all tasks are logged in CMMS and updated regularly.
• Lead and manage a team of building technicians and rosters across shifts.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, HVAC, Electrical, and other teams for seamless upkeep.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for outsourced services (façade cleaning, waterproofing, pest control).
• Participate in safety audits, inspections, and emergency response planning.
