Job summary

Careers International in Dubai is seeking an experienced F&B Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant, bar, and event service within a luxury establishment. You will coordinate kitchen, service staff, and management to ensure seamless operation and top-tier guest experiences.

You will lead a hospitality team, manage inventory and budgeting, and coordinate with events and banqueting teams to deliver exceptional service while maintaining health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in F&B management or similar roles, preferably in luxury or high-end establishments.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, inventory management, and cost control.

Responsibilities

Job description

Support Daily F&B Operations:

• Oversee and assist with daily operations in F&B service areas (restaurants, bars, and events).
• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service staff, and management.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Guest Service Excellence:

• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and addressing guest concerns promptly.
• Train, supervise, and motivate the service team to deliver excellent customer service.

Team Leadership and Staff Management:

• Assist in managing the F&B staff, including scheduling, performance management, and training.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork within the F&B department.

Inventory and Stock Control:

• Assist in managing inventory, ordering, and maintaining stock levels of food and beverage supplies.
• Ensure cost control measures are in place to minimize wastage and ensure efficient use of resources.

Event Coordination:

• Assist in coordinating and overseeing F&B arrangements for events, banquets, and special functions at the Emirates Golf Club.
• Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution of services.

Financial Management and Reporting:

• Support the management in meeting budget goals, controlling costs, and achieving revenue targets.
• Assist in preparing regular reports on operations, expenses, and sales trends.

Health & Safety Compliance:

• Ensure all F&B operations comply with local and international health and safety standards.
• Promote safe working practices and ensure staff adheres to hygiene and sanitation regulations.

Requirements
