Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is seeking a Concierge Guest Services Executive to join our luxury team on the Palm in Dubai. You will coordinate transportation, dining reservations, and amenities while delivering exceptional service to discerning guests.

With 1–2 years in Concierge or Front Office, you will excel in communication, guest relations, and hotel systems. Arabic, Mandarin, French, Spanish, Italian, German or Russian are highly welcomed for guest interactions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Concierge, Front Office or Guest Relations.
• High School Diploma required; hospitality qualification preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation; multiple languages valued.

Responsibilities

• Handle special requests such as transportation, dining reservations, and amenities.
• Resolve minor guest complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Promote hotel services and amenities, upselling where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure compliance with service standards.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Executive Lounge, Recreation, and F&B to fulfill guest needs.
• Uphold safety, security, and privacy protocols at all times.

About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Concierge Guest Services Executive to join the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Handle special requests such as transportation, dining reservations, and amenities.
• Resolve minor guest complaints professionally and escape complex issues when necessary.
• Promote hotel services and amenities, upselling where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure compliance with service standards.
• Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Concierge, Executive Lounge, Recreation, F&B) to fulfill guest needs.
• Uphold safety, security, and privacy protocols at all times.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Concierge, Front Office or Guest Relations operations.
• High School Diploma required; Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
• Good knowledge of Concierge operations, guest service standards, and hotel systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
• Additional languages required (Arabic, Mandarin, French, Spanish, Italian, German or Russian)
