Job summary

AccorHotels Middle East is seeking an experienced F&B Cost Controller to monitor and optimize food and beverage costs in our luxury hotel portfolio. You will perform inventory counts, variance analysis and cost reporting, while supporting budgeting and month-end closing.

Collaborate with Finance, Purchasing, Stores, Culinary and F&B Operations to drive profitability and maintain strict financial controls. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of F&B cost control in a 5-star environment, strong Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of F&B Cost Control experience in a luxury hotel.
• Strong costing, inventory, and purchasing controls knowledge.
• Proficiency with Excel and financial software.
• Excellent analytical, detail-oriented and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control food and beverage costs across all outlets.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and investigate variances.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly F&B cost reports.
• Manage recipe/menu/beverage costing and monitor variances.
• Monitor purchasing prices, receiving, wastage, and stock adjustments.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support outlet profitability.
• Ensure compliance with F&B financial controls and policies.
• Collaborate with Finance, Purchasing, Stores, Culinary and F&B Operations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing and financial analysis.
