Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE is seeking an Assistant Chief Concierge to lead the resort’s Concierge team and uphold Forbes Five-Star standards. The role requires 3–5 years in concierge or guest services with supervisory experience, knowledge of property management systems, and English fluency.

Les Clefs d'Or membership is desirable. You will supervise staff, handle complex guest requests, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure seamless communication across all departments to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in concierge or guest services, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Forbes Travel Guide standards training or experience required.
• Les Clefs d'Or (Golden Keys) membership highly desirable.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Concierge in overseeing daily concierge operations.
• Supervise and mentor concierge staff to ensure service excellence.
• Handle complex guest requests including transport and reservations.
• Maintain relationships with local vendors and service providers.
• Ensure timely communication between guests and internal departments.
• Monitor guest feedback and drive service improvements.
• Support scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions and events.
• Ensure Forbes Five-Star standards are met.
• Uphold brand standards and company policies.
• Step in as acting Chief Concierge during peak periods.
