Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE is seeking an Assistant Chief Concierge to lead the resort’s Concierge team and uphold Forbes Five-Star standards. The role requires 3–5 years in concierge or guest services with supervisory experience, knowledge of property management systems, and English fluency.

Les Clefs d'Or membership is desirable. You will supervise staff, handle complex guest requests, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure seamless communication across all departments to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in concierge or guest services, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Forbes Travel Guide standards training or experience required.
• Les Clefs d'Or (Golden Keys) membership highly desirable.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.

About Wynn Al Marjan Island

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Chief Concierge to join the resort’s Concierge team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Concierge in overseeing daily concierge operations.
• Supervise and mentor concierge staff, ensuring consistent service excellence.
• Handle complex guest requests, including transportation, reservations, and special arrangements.
• Maintain strong relationships with local vendors, restaurants, and service providers.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication between guests and internal departments.
• Monitor guest feedback and assist in implementing service improvements.
• Support the Chief Concierge in scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain updated knowledge of local attractions, events, and services.
• Ensure qualitative Forbes Five-Star standards are met
• Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Step in as acting Chief Concierge during absences or peak periods.

About You

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in concierge or guest services, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Prior experience and training with Forbes Travel Guide standards required.
• Membership of Les Clefs d'Or (Golden Keys) is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
