Job summary

Rixos in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Outlet Supervisor to lead daily operations across the bars. You will prepare weekly rosters, supervise billing, ensure service standards, and train staff in upselling and guest engagement.

You will monitor service setup, handle guest complaints, and work with the F&B Office to optimize profitability while maintaining a safe, clean bar environment and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

• Prepares Rosters for all Bars.
• Supervises billing and cash flow for the Outlet.
• Ensures budgeted profit targets are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Creates a healthy and fair atmosphere to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction.

• Prepares Weekly Rosters of all Bars
• Creates a healthy and fair atmosphere in where personnel can work with maximum productivity and happily
• Fills out the Requisition Forms for necessary F amp B items and materials from storerooms
• Checks all service set-up matters at least hour before service starts
• Attends the F amp B meeting or any other meeting instructed by Food amp Beverage Office
• Trains continuously his staff behaviour suggestive selling service skills knowledge etc
• Makes sure all operation equipment are cleaned and polished on a sufficient amount for the operation
• Prepares daily log book with details
• Follows up daily occupancy and take necessary action for service
• Checks the appearance of the service personnel daily
• Suggests and recommends to the F amp B Office the most efficient way of the operation
• Implements new service procedures together with the Director of Food amp Beverage
• Follows up the instructions which are given by F amp B Office
• Handles all administration regarding his her Outlet
• Supervises and is responsible of billing and cash flow of his her Outlet closing the checks discounts voids Hospitality Guarantee etc
• Ensures that the budgeted profit is achieved
• Performs other duties assigned by his her Supervisor
• Checks beverage items temperature presentation and quantity
• Makes sure the bars are clean always tidy without any hazard and safe all the time
• Welcomes the guests and allocate a table and deals with guest complaints
• Handles special requests
• Needs to have sale behaviour and show as a leader the sales knowledge to increase the revenue of the restaurant
