Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Supervisor - Asset Protection to lead security operations across gaming and non-gaming areas. You will supervise officers, ensure Forbes Five-Star standards, and coordinate with SOC and investigations to safeguard guests and assets.

Requirements include at least 3 years in security within a luxury hospitality or integrated resort setting, with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and excellent incident reporting and guest service skills.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years’ security experience in an integrated resort, casino, or large hospitality environment.
• 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain any security licence, registration, or clearance required for the role.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise security officers across gaming and non-gaming areas during shifts.
• Ensure posts are covered, briefed and adjusted for effective coverage.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment and provide visible, discreet supervision.
