Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a vigilant security professional to monitor CCTV, access controls, alarms, and communications across the resort. You will coordinate dispatch of Security Officers and emergency teams to respond rapidly and effectively to incidents.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, technical security certification, and at least 2 years in a SOC or control room. Bilingual English/Arabic is a plus in luxury hotel security environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical certification in security systems or SOC operations is required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in SOC or Security control room operations is required.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor CCTV systems, video analytics, access control systems, alarm systems, and communication platforms.
• Proactively monitor resort facilities, gaming support areas, and logistics facilities for suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly to security alarms, alerts, and incidents following SOC procedures.
• Coordinate and dispatch Security Officers, Emergency Response Teams, and Medical Services.
• Act as the central communication point during incidents and emergencies.
• Document all incidents and operational activities accurately in SOC logs.
• Initiate emergency protocols such as evacuation or lockdown during critical incidents.
