Key Responsibilities

• Act as Technical Authority for Facility Integrity across asset design, construction, commissioning, operations, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
• Provide specialist technical advice on Asset Integrity Management requirements, integrity threats, risk mitigation, and equipment fitness for service.
• Ensure compliance with the ADNOC Upstream Integrity Code, approved Asset Integrity Management Systems, and applicable ISO, API, and industry standards.
• Support implementation and continuous development of the Asset Integrity Management Program.
• Manage Asset Integrity interfaces between engineering, projects, drilling, operations, maintenance, inspection, HSE, and other technical functions.
• Participate in project technical reviews and pre-startup safety reviews to verify that integrity requirements are incorporated before facilities enter operation.
• Review new developments and modifications to ensure Facility Integrity requirements are embedded throughout the asset lifecycle.
• Challenge existing asset designs and integrity practices where improved solutions can reduce lifecycle risk, optimize cost, or extend asset life.

Ideal Profile

Ideal Profile The successful candidate should hold a degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent engineering discipline. Candidates should bring 8-12 years of relevant experience involving Asset Integrity Management, integrity investigations, integrity assessments, risk assessment, risk ranking, mitigation planning, and maintenance or inspection activities within a major oil and gas environment. Strong technical understanding of Asset Integrity Management sub-elements is essential, including Pipeline Integrity Management Systems, Structural Integrity Management Systems, corrosion integrity, maintenance and inspection, Well Integrity, Operating Integrity, and Process Safety. The position requires substantial knowledge of asset construction and completion design together with practical experience applying maintenance and integrity philosophies throughout the operating lifecycle.
