Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in Asset Integrity Management, inspection, maintenance, reliability, integrity assurance, or oil and gas facility operations.
  • Practical understanding of Integrity Management Systems, integrity databases, Integrity Management Plans, asset risk assessments, threat analysis, inspection follow-up, audit management, and technical reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate implementation, administration, and ongoing maintenance of the Integrity Management System database and supporting applications.
  • Participate in development and maintenance of procedures governing IMS implementation, monitoring, reporting, and auditing.
  • Coordinate integrity data collection between Integrity, Maintenance, Inspection, Operations, and relevant engineering functions.
  • Perform data quality checks before integrity information is entered or updated in IMS databases.
  • Maintain consistency, accuracy, and traceability of integrity-related records.
  • Coordinate issuance, review, and periodic update of written Integrity Management Plans for assigned facilities.
  • Ensure facility Integrity Management Plans are maintained through the approved IMS software solution.
  • Coordinate implementation of approved Integrity Management Plan activities.
  • Evaluate IMP effectiveness through verifications, reviews, and audits.
  • Monitor compliance with established integrity KPIs and highlight deviations requiring management attention.
  • Ensure integrity requirements are addressed for new plants, equipment, structures, and associated facilities.
  • Verify that proposed equipment and systems comply with required specifications before dispatch or installation.
  • Inspect equipment where required and prepare technical reports covering integrity and suitability observations.
  • Maintain and periodically update procedures supporting implementation of the Integrity Management System.
  • Coordinate asset risk assessments and integrity threat analysis activities.
  • Support reviews of assigned pipeline segments and update relevant IMS technical reference documentation.
  • Monitor plant equipment integrity through systematic follow-up of inspection and maintenance information.
  • Highlight overdue inspections, critical recommendations, equipment failures, and integrity threats to the appropriate Operating Authority.
  • Identify emerging integrity issues and coordinate their technical resolution.
  • Determine whether integrity issues require internal action, specialist support, or external technical assistance.
  • Recommend additional preventive and mitigating measures for identified integrity risks.
  • Support determination of reassessment intervals and integrity evaluation methods for assigned assets.
  • Follow up implementation of approved recommendations through site visits and document reviews.
  • Verify that corrective activities are completed according to approved technical recommendations.
  • Maintain visibility of outstanding integrity actions and escalation requirements.
  • Establish standardized integrity reporting formats for consistent use across the organization.
  • Coordinate with other technical disciplines to resolve integrity data interpretation issues.
  • Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback to improve integrity reporting and information quality.
  • Participate in HAZOP studies where new equipment or facility modifications may affect integrity assurance.
  • Review accessibility and inspection requirements to ensure assets can be effectively monitored throughout their lifecycle.
  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis investigations following relevant incidents or equipment failures.
  • Support identification of corrective and preventive actions arising from RCA findings.
  • Participate in or facilitate integrity audits in accordance with the approved Asset Integrity Framework.
  • Track audit action items and maintain visibility of their implementation status.
  • Coordinate with concerned departments to ensure audit recommendations are completed and formally closed.
  • Coordinate preparation and issuance of quarterly integrity reports for management and shareholders.
