Job summary

Caliberly is seeking a Sales Manager to drive the execution of a global sales strategy focused on automotive aftermarket parts across Asia. You will manage key client relationships, support business growth, and build long-term partnerships with customers and stakeholders.

You will identify new customers, monitor contractual obligations, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets. A strong background in B2B sales and distributor management is required, with willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive spare parts sales.
• Established customer base and active client network.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience handling Asia markets.
• Fluent in English.
• Based Abroad preferably Singapore.
• Willingness to travel across Asia.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract new customers within assigned Asia markets.
• Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor fulfillment of contractual obligations and accounts receivable.
• Support execution of the company's sales strategy.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
• Contribute to growth and performance of the sales department.
• Develop and execute sales strategy for automotive aftermarket parts across Asia.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and budget inputs for management.
