Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bread Chef, Baker, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of bread-making techniques, including fermentation, proofing, and baking.
• Familiarity with various flours, grains, and leavening agents.
• Ability to work early morning shifts and manage time effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing top-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads including sourdough, whole grain, and specialty breads.
• Plan daily production schedules to meet customer demand.
• Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards for taste and presentation.
• Experiment with new recipes and techniques for innovative bread options.
• Operate and maintain baking equipment; report malfunctions.
