Job summary

NextSolutions in Dubai is seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, cakes and other baked goods, and for measuring ingredients and mixing dough.

You will shape and decorate products and monitor oven temperatures to ensure quality. The role requires at least 2 years in a commercial bakery and strong English communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Baker in a commercial bakery setting.
• Excellent knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients, and the ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Previous experience working with sourdough or artisanal breads is preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities
