Simone's Tutoring seeks a qualified Art Therapist to support children, adolescents, and families through art-based therapy. The role involves delivering sessions remotely and on-site at clients' homes, schools, or clinics in Dubai, with a flexible freelance schedule.
You will assess needs, plan treatments, and collaborate with healthcare and educational professionals while maintaining licences and records. A DHA/DOH/MOHAP licence or eligibility is required.

We are seeking a qualified Art Therapist to provide creative art therapy interventions to children, adolescents, and families experiencing emotional, psychological, or developmental challenges. Using art-based processes, you will support clients in expressing themselves and developing emotional resilience.
Assess clients' therapeutic needs and develop art therapy treatment plans
Facilitate individual and group art therapy sessions
Use art-based techniques to support emotional regulation, trauma processing, and self-expression
Work with children with ASD, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and learning difficulties
Engage parents and families in the therapeutic process
Write professional session notes and progress reports
Collaborate with psychologists, OTs, and educators
Master's degree in Art Therapy or a related creative arts therapy field
Valid DHA, DOH, or MOHAP licence (or eligibility to obtain)
Minimum 2 years post-qualification art therapy experience
Membership in a recognised art therapy professional body preferred
Experience with ASD, trauma, or anxiety in children
Knowledge of Jungian, psychodynamic, or integrative art therapy approaches
This role requires a valid UAE healthcare professional licence issued by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Department of Health Abu Dhabi (DOH), or Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP). Applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, the relevant licence before providing services. Licensing requirements must comply with UAE regulations.

Compensation
Earn 75% commission on all completed and fully paid therapy sessions, intervention programmes, and approved consultation services.
Commission is based on completed appointments that have been paid by the client.
Payments are processed monthly.
