Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, or DClinPsy) in Clinical Psychology
• Valid DHA, DOH, or MOHAP licence (or eligibility to obtain)
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification clinical experience
• Experience working with children and adolescents preferred

Role Overview

We are seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist to provide evidence-based psychological assessment and therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and adults across Dubai.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a range of psychological conditions, with a child-centred, family-inclusive approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations


• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy


• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans


• Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams


• Maintain accurate clinical records and progress notes


• Participate in case consultations and peer supervision


• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families

Minimum Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, or DClinPsy) in Clinical Psychology


• Valid DHA, DOH, or MOHAP licence (or eligibility to obtain)


• Minimum 3 years post-qualification clinical experience


• Experience working with children and adolescents preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialisation in trauma, ASD, ADHD, or anxiety disorders


• Experience with neuropsychological testing


• Arabic language skills are an asset

UAE Licensing Requirements

This role requires a valid UAE healthcare professional licence issued by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Department of Health Abu Dhabi (DOH), or Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP). Applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, the relevant licence before providing services. Licensing requirements must comply with UAE regulations.
