TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking an Area Manager for our Dubai, UAE projects in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Refinery sectors. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10-15 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or Process Plant projects.
• Experience with major EPC contractors.
• Proven track record managing large-scale EPC projects from execution through commissioning.
• Strong understanding of construction management, project controls, and HSE regulations.
• Excellent leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in the Middle East is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
