Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking an Area Manager for our Dubai, UAE projects in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Refinery sectors. The ideal candidate will oversee a designated project area, ensuring safe, efficient, and successful EPC project execution within schedule, quality, and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10-15 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or Process Plant projects.
• Experience with major EPC contractors.
• Proven track record managing large-scale EPC projects from execution through commissioning.
• Strong understanding of construction management, project controls, and HSE regulations.
• Excellent leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in the Middle East is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all construction, engineering, and project activities within the assigned area.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning teams to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Review construction plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Ensure effective communication with client representatives, project management teams, and stakeholders.
• Drive productivity improvements while maintaining project deliverables.
• Support project reporting, forecasting, and performance measurement activities.
• Ensure adherence to project budget, cost controls, and contractual obligations.
