Aufgaben

• Drive sales for architectural glass, façade systems, and structural metal products with target audiences.
• Provide expert technical support on product applications (IGUs, laminated glass, PDLC, etc.).
• Secure product approvals and specifications into designs and tender documents.
• Prepare technical proposals, cost estimations, and quotations in line with project specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with global manufacturing partners, engineering teams and logistics for seamless execution.

Jobbeschreibung

1. Sales & Business Development: Drive sales for architectural glass, façade systems, and structural metal products, targeting architects, façade consultants, main contractors, and developers.

2. Solution Engineering & Consultation: Provide expert technical support on product applications, including Insulated Glass Units (IGUs), laminated safety glass, PDLC switchable smart glass, cast aluminium, and structural brackets.

3. Specification Management: Secure product approvals and specifications into architectural designs, shop drawings, and tender documents for high-end commercial, residential, and industrial developments.

4. Commercial Negotiation & Estimation: Prepare technical proposals, cost estimations, and quotations in alignment with project specifications and international compliance standards (e.g., ASTM, BS EN).

5. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with global manufacturing partners, engineering teams and logistics to ensure seamless execution from material sourcing to site delivery

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.

2. Experience: 5 to 10 years of proven technical sales or business development experience within the construction, building materials, or architectural façade industry.

3. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building envelopes, curtain wall systems (stick and unitized), structural glazing, and architectural metals (aluminium, steel, stainless steel, copper/bronze).

4. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.

5. Sales & Business Development: Proven experience in sales and business development of facade related products (Glass, Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium panels, Sealants, Bespoke products etc)
