Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, drawings, and BIM models using ArchiCAD.
• Prepare detailed design packages, authority submissions, and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai regulations, codes, and authority requirements (DM, DDA, Trakhees).
• Participate in design development from concept to IFC stage.
• Assist in resolving site design issues and RFI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD (mandatory), at least 4 years experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai building regulations and authority processes.
• Experience in residential and mixed-use projects.
