Job summary

Infinity Developments in Dubai seeks a talented Architect to develop architectural designs, drawings, and presentations while coordinating with consultants and project teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Architecture and proven UAE experience, with strong skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM, and a solid understanding of building regulations. You will ensure quality, design integrity, and timely delivery across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proven experience as an Architect, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, Lumion, Photoshop, BIM or equivalent software.
• Knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority requirements is an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent design, presentation, and technical drawing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, and architectural presentations.
• Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
• Review and update drawings based on project requirements and site conditions.
• Prepare documentation for authority submissions and approvals.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Attend site visits and assist with resolving design and technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and authority requirements.
• Assist in material, finish, and specification selection.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to quality, design, and schedule requirements.
