You will plan, monitor, and report on schedules, budgets, risks, and quality, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of project management experience in utilities.
• Fluent Arabic written and spoken.
• Proven track record delivering utility infrastructure projects.
• Experience with airport utilities projects or airport authorities.
• Knowledge of UAE regulatory environment and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute utility projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for utilities.
• Coordinate stakeholders, clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed reports, status updates, and performance metrics for senior management.
• Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective resource use throughout the lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections and QA reviews for compliance with specs and regulations.
• Facilitate meetings with project teams to address challenges and maintain collaboration.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained for audit and UAE compliance.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities to meet UAE safety standards.
