Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in utilities to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in managing complex utility infrastructure projects, with a preference for airport utilities experience. You will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This role requires fluency in Arabic and a commitment to working within the UAE market.

• Plan, organize, and execute utility infrastructure projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards


• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies tailored to utilities sector requirements


• Coordinate and manage relationships with stakeholders, clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives


• Monitor project progress, identify risks and potential delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentum


• Prepare and present detailed project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders


• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle


• Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance reviews to verify compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements


• Facilitate meetings with project teams to address challenges, resolve issues, and maintain collaborative working relationships


• Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained and organized for audit and compliance purposes


• Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure all projects meet UAE-specific compliance and safety standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 - 10years of project management experience in the utilities sector


• Fluent Arabic language proficiency (written and verbal communication)


• Proven track record of successfully managing utility infrastructure projects


• Proficiency in project management software and tools


• Demonstrated experience managing airport utilities projects or dealing with airport authorities will be an added advantage


• Knowledge of UAE regulatory environment and compliance requirements
