Qualifications

• Minimum 5 - 10 years of project management experience in utilities.
• Fluent Arabic language proficiency (written and verbal).
• Proven track record in utility infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Airport utilities projects or airport authorities experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of UAE regulatory environment and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute utility infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate stakeholders, clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare reports, status updates, and performance metrics for leadership.
• Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective resource use.
• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance reviews.
• Facilitate meetings and maintain collaborative working relationships.
• Maintain all project documentation for audit and compliance.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities to meet UAE safety standards.
