Job summary

Artelia Airports in Dubai seeks an Infrastructure Lead Manager to establish and lead a skilled in-house team for airside and landside infrastructure design. You will oversee multidisciplinary delivery, drive project strategies, and ensure safe, compliant and commercially sound outcomes across pavements, utilities, AGL and related systems.

The role requires a minimum of fifteen years in civil/infrastructure engineering, with at least ten years on airport projects and five years in leadership.

Qualifications

• In-depth civil/infrastructure engineering background with senior leadership capability.
• Experience on airport projects and proven cross-disciplinary coordination.
• Strong knowledge of ICAO/FAA/regional requirements and contract frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Artelia Airports’ in-house infrastructure design team.
• Direct multidisciplinary delivery for runways, taxiways, aprons, roads and utilities.
• Govern design standards, QA/QC workflows and client/stakeholder engagements.
