Job summary

Technogym in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a hands-on Tender & Buyer Specialist (Arabic Speaker) to strengthen tender submissions and drive improved win rates. You will manage project timelines, edit and format responses, and maintain an online bid library.

You will lead RFx activities, report tender statistics, and collaborate with Sales, Finance and Managing Director to ensure timely, high-quality tenders that meet commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement and tender/RFx-related roles.
• Arabic language is mandatory.
• Experience with government & military tenders is an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the RFx process on a day-to-day basis with accountability for submission quality.
• Oversee the pre-tender sign-off process at the appropriate level of authority.
• Create and manage timelines for each response to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain and update the tender library and report tender win/loss statistics.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and stay informed about trends.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements with suppliers to optimize cost.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure budgetary compliance.
• Identify risks in the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies.
