Job summary

Nomad Recruitment is seeking a proactive Admissions Sales Associate in the UAE. You will handle warm inbound leads via WhatsApp and direct messages from parents, convert inquiries into enrollments, and coordinate trial classes.

The role requires a native Arabic speaker with good English, 1–2 years in sales or customer support, and strong interpersonal skills. Flexible with travel between Sharjah and Dubai and remote options may be available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Fluent/native Arabic required for parent communication with good English.
• 1–2 years in sales, admissions, customer success, or chat-based support.
• Currently based in UAE, preferably Sharjah or near Dubai/Al Mamzar.
• Goal-oriented, friendly and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle warm inbound leads via WhatsApp and direct messages from parents.
• Convert prospective parents into academy enrollments and coordinate trial classes.
• Provide clear, friendly consultations regarding sports activities and schedules.

• The role may require occasional travel between nearby branches in Sharjah and Dubai. strong Company-provided transport is available strong so you don t need to worry about commuting logistics

Candidate Profile

• Fluent / Native Arabic speaker (essential for parent communication) with good English
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, admissions, customer success, or chat-based support
• Currently based in the UAE (preferably Sharjah or near Dubai/Al Mamzar)
• Goal-oriented, friendly, and excellent interpersonal skills

Working Hours & Schedule

Schedule: 6 days a week, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (aligned with peak after-school hours).

Important Note on Days Off: Saturday and Sunday are working days (peak hours for our academy). Your 1 day off will be on a weekday. Please apply only if this schedule works for you.

Compensation & Benefits
