Black Pearl Consult is seeking an Arabic-speaking SaaS Technology Sales & Business Development Executive to drive growth of a digital platform serving the padel industry in the UAE. You will identify prospects, build a sales pipeline from scratch, present the platform to padel club owners and operators, and convert prospects into paying clients.

The role will start with UAE market focus, then expand across the GCC.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS sales or technology sales in a B2B environment.
• Knowledge of padel club operations or sports facilities is a plus.
• Strong prospecting, lead generation, product demos, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify and approach potential clients across the UAE and GCC.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline from scratch through outreach.
• Present and demonstrate the SaaS platform to club owners and operators.
• Conduct client meetings, understand challenges, and tailor platform solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding and closing deals.
• Aim to onboard 14 new clients per month.
• Maintain relationships with club owners and key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
