Job summary

Black Pearl Consult seeks a Padel Operations & Business Development Executive - GCC (Arabic Speaker) in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role focuses on expanding presence across the GCC by introducing a digital solution to streamline padel club operations and build relationships with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, developing pipelines, and collaborating with the tech team to tailor demonstrations. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Sports Management or related field.
• Experience in padel club operations, sports/leisure management, or padel industry essential.
• Proven experience in sales, business development or commercial partnerships.
• Strong understanding of padel club operations such as bookings, memberships, tournaments, customer management, or facility ops.
• Experience selling technology solutions to businesses preferred.
• Established connections with padel clubs or sports/leisure businesses in UAE/GCC desirable.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage the sales process independently.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel regularly across UAE and GCC.
• Flexible working hours for meetings/events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with padel clubs and multi-club operators across the GCC.
• Build and maintain relationships with club owners, operators and decision-makers.
• Promote and sell the company’s digital application to improve operations and performance.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Develop a strong pipeline and pursue opportunities to meet targets.
• Coordinate with technical team for demonstrations and requirements.
• Understand client challenges and show how the app addresses needs.
• Perform client visits and travel across UAE and GCC to secure new accounts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings in padel and sports tech.
• Support onboarding and drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Work independently in a flexible, remote-working environment.
