Job summary

Black Pearl Consult is seeking a commercially driven, Arabic-speaking SaaS Technology Sales and Business Development Executive to grow our digital platform for the padel industry. The role focuses on UAE market entry and regional expansion across the GCC, with a flexible remote setup.

You will build a new sales pipeline, present the platform to club owners, and convert prospects into paying clients while travelling for key events when needed. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS sales, technology sales, B2B sales or business development.
• Knowledge of padel club operations, sports facilities or the sports/leisure industry is desirable.
• Strong prospecting, lead generation, product demonstrations, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build a sales pipeline independently and consistently generate new business.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
• Must currently reside in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving licence required.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events within the GCC.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients, including padel clubs and sports facilities across UAE and GCC.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline from scratch via cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn and direct outreach.
• Present and demonstrate the SaaS platform and show how it streamlines club operations.
• Conduct client meetings to understand challenges and recommend platform solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding and closing.
• Aim to onboard 14 new clients per month.
• Develop strong relationships with club owners and key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and opportunities for expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and feedback.
