Job summary

Fresha is seeking an exceptional Account Manager to join our global business in the United Arab Emirates. You will report to the Account Manager Team Lead and be accountable for building relationships and driving monetisation of the Fresha platform.

This is a fast-paced, autonomous role requiring Arabic language proficiency and a proactive approach. All Fresha employees work from the office five days per week in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• 1-2 years experience as an SDR and 1-2 years experience as a revenue-generating account manager.
• Experience selling SaaS to large accounts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet KPIs on monetisation, retention and revenue growth by engaging with partners and demonstrating the value of the Fresha platform.
• Upsell and increase monetised revenue from existing accounts by analysing reports and executing plans.
• Maintain strong partner relationships by attending online video meetings and providing consistent contact across your portfolio.
• Ensure a consistent contact strategy to reduce churn and keep partners engaged.
