Job summary

Fresha, the AI-powered OS for beauty, wellness and self-care, is seeking an Account Manager for our UAE market. You will build relationships, drive monetisation, and upsell within a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role requires Arabic fluency, strong client management, and a proactive, growth-minded approach.

You will work from our office in the UAE five days a week, engaging partners to maximize value and minimize churn while collaborating with the Talent Team during the interview process.

Qualifications

• Languages: Fluent in Arabic + English.
• Experience in driving commercial growth in large account bases, ideally SaaS.
• 1-2 years as an SDR and 1-2 years as a revenue-generating account manager.
• Self-starter with proactive approach and ability to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Meet KPI targets for monetisation, retention, and revenue growth by engaging with Partners.
• Analyse reports and upsell to increase monetised revenue from existing accounts.
• Maintain strong Partner Experience by building relationships and attending online meetings.
• Execute a consistent contact strategy across your portfolio to reduce churn.
