Job summary

Validate Group is seeking an Arabic-speaking Process Associate to join our Operations team in Dubai. You will handle background verification cases, review documents, and communicate with Arabic-speaking candidates and clients to ensure timely and accurate completion.

Key responsibilities include processing cases per procedures, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and maintaining confidentiality while meeting SLA/TAT requirements. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent Arabic and English communication written and spoken.
• Experience in background verification, HR operations, customer service, administration, or BPO operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in documents.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage background verification cases per procedures and client requirements.
• Handle Arabic-speaking candidates and clients, providing clear and professional communication.
• Review and validate candidate information and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Conduct and coordinate education and other background verification checks.
• Communicate with candidates, institutions, employers, and other sources to obtain or confirm information.
• Handle queries, insufficiencies, and follow-ups in Arabic and English.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, or issues and escalate when required.
• Maintain accurate case records and update verification status in the systems/portal.
• Prepare case updates, reports, and summaries for clients as required.
• Ensure all cases are processed within the SLA/TAT.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and verification sources for smooth completion.
• Assist in resolving client queries and verification-related issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and data protection compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and training; support bulk/high-volume verification projects.
