• Strong background in analytics and governance.
• Experience with evidence management and compliance frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Turn customer and operational data into prioritized improvement initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Manage DGE compliance activities and evidence management.
• Support the evolution of the company's experience measurement framework beyond traditional customer metrics into marketing and commercial performance indicators.
