• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance and accountability.

• 5-8 years of experience in Customer Experience, Voice of Customer (VoC), Service Quality, Operational Excellence, Customer Insights, or Performance Management.
• Arabic-speaking specialist with a strong background in analytics, root-cause analysis, customer feedback programs, performance reporting, governance, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with DGE compliance activities, evidence management, and the evolution of experience measurement frameworks.
• Ideal profiles include CX Performance Manager, VoC Manager, Service Quality Lead, Customer Insights Specialist, or Operational Excellence professionals from large enterprise or government-related environments.
