The role focuses on measuring performance, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance and accountability.

Formación

• 5–8 years of experience in Customer Experience, Voice of Customer (VoC), Service Quality, Operational Excellence, Customer Insights, or Performance Management.
• Strong background in analytics, data-driven decision making, and experience with customer feedback programs.
• Experience with governance, compliance activities, and evidence management is preferred.
• Ideal profiles include CX Performance Manager, VoC Manager, Service Quality Lead, or Operational Excellence professionals from large enterprise or government-related environments.
