Job summary

Yello is seeking a regional legal professional to strengthen its legal function across the GCC. The role involves drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on employment law matters, and preparing governance documents for board and shareholders.

You will coordinate with external counsel on litigation, conduct legal research, and maintain templates, trackers and repositories to support regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts and correspondence.
• Strong legal research skills, with the ability to summarise findings in a clear and practical way.
• Ability to organise legal records, matter files and supporting documentation accurately.
• Confidence reviewing contractual terms and identifying key points for consideration.
• Good written communication skills for preparing clear legal documents and updates.
• Ability to manage several legal tasks while keeping documents and deadlines well organised.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, supplier agreements, NDAs, consultancy agreements and MOUs.
• Support employment law matters including contracts, disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations and terminations.
• Prepare board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, minutes and other governance documentation.
• Assist with corporate licensing, entity management and regulatory compliance activities.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation and dispute-related matters.
• Conduct legal research and provide practical legal guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain legal templates, trackers, processes and document repositories.
