Job summary

QatarYello in Dubai is seeking a Legal/Compliance professional to support corporate governance, drafting and managing contracts, and maintaining regulatory filings. You will help develop and monitor policies, assist with due diligence, and ensure compliance across cross-border structures.

The role requires fluency in Arabic and English, strong legal knowledge, and excellent organizational and research skills to meet deadlines under pressure.

Qualifications

• Educational qualifications in Law or Legal Studies.
• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and documentation.
• Excellent organisational and research skills.
• Proficiency in using legal databases and software tools.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate governance, maintaining company records, resolutions, statutory registers, and corporate filings.
• Review, draft, and manage contracts, NDAs, and legal documentation while tracking renewals and key obligations.
• Assist with development, implementation, and monitoring of corporate policies and compliance frameworks.
• Liaise with government authorities, regulators, external counsel, and notaries to manage approvals, registrations, and renewals.
• Support due diligence, KYC processes, cross-border corporate structures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Maintain legal filing systems and provide ongoing support for contract administration, compliance initiatives, and ad hoc legal projects.
