Yello, a fast-growing technology company, seeks a qualified lawyer to join its legal team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements including SaaS, licensing, and partnerships, while acting as a trusted partner to Sales, Technology, Procurement, HR and Finance.
You will support governance and regulatory compliance, maintain legal records, and drive improvements in contract lifecycle management and legal operations, including automation and legal
Qualifications
- Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, supplier, licensing, and partnership contracts.
- Provide pragmatic, risk-based legal advice to support commercial decisions.
- Support corporate governance, internal approvals, and maintenance of legal documentation and records.
- Contribute to compliance frameworks, policy development, and regulatory adherence.
- Own and enhance contract lifecycle management, templates, and legal tracking processes.
- Identify and implement improvements across legal operations, including automation and use of legal tech tools.
Responsabilités
